Boxborough Sales Span $175,000 to $1.415 Million as Nine Deeds Recorded in Late July
Nine property transfers were recorded in Boxborough between July 3 and Aug. 1, with six of the nine listing a sale price. Recorded prices ranged from $175,000 for a condominium unit at 42 Swanson Ct Unit 22 to $1,415,000 for a single-family home at 140 Barteau Ln, with a median of $1,140,000 among recorded sales. Whitney Lane recorded two sales during the period. Three transfers, including one to the Town of Boxborough and two apparent family-trust transfers, listed no price. The available data shows a range of price points but does not support characterizing the month as strong or weak relative to other periods.
