Boxborough Home Sales Range From $199,500 to $1.14 Million in Late Summer
Boxborough recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, per South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings, though only six listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $199,500 to $1,137,500, with a median of $349,000. The month's top sale was 20 Pine Pasture Run at $1,137,500, followed by 117 Summer Rd. at $950,000. Three sales involved Swanson Court or Swanson Road condominium units, and five of the 11 transfers, all with undisclosed prices, appear to be transfers within families or into trusts based on matching grantor and grantee names.
