Boxborough Sales Span $135,000 to $1.5 Million as Two Deals Top $1.3 Million
Boxborough recorded seven property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, six with prices on file ranging from $135,000 to $1,500,000 and a median of $271,000. The period's top sale was 324 Old Harvard Road at $1.5 million, sold Sept. 17, followed closely by 85 Cedarwood Road at $1,370,000 the next day. Two condominium sales on Swanson-named streets and a within-family trust transfer on Barteau Lane rounded out the period. The price for 60 Barteau Lane is not yet available. The data shows no sales in the $500,000-to-$1-million range this period.
