The top sale was 20 Pine Pasture Run at $1,137,500, followed by 117 Summer Rd. at $950,000. Three of the eight sales clustered on Swanson Road and Swanson Court, and at least four transfers appear to have moved property within the same family or into a trust. Three of the eight deeds listed no sale price. The data does not indicate whether market conditions favored buyers or sellers.
