Boxborough Deeds Show Wide Price Split as Eight Properties Change Hands
Eight properties changed hands in Boxborough between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with five deeds disclosing prices ranging from $199,500 to $1,137,500 and a median of $330,000. The top sale was 20 Pine Pasture Run at $1,137,500, followed by 117 Summer Rd. at $950,000. Three of the eight sales clustered on Swanson Road and Swanson Court, and at least four transfers appear to have moved property within the same family or into a trust. Three of the eight deeds listed no sale price. The data does not indicate whether market conditions favored buyers or sellers.
