Boxborough Records 12 Property Sales in September, Topped by $1.5 Million Old Harvard Road Deal
Twelve properties changed hands in Boxborough between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with recorded prices ranging from $135,000 to $1.5 million and a median of $330,000 among the nine sales with prices so far. The period's top sale was a $1.5 million purchase of 324 Old Harvard Road by Catherine Helman and Mark Helman, who a week later sold their own condominium at 57 Wheeler Drive for $1.2 million. Three other transfers, on Old Harvard Road, Summer Road and Barteau Lane, moved property within the same family and have no price on record yet. Six of the nine priced sales were under $500,000.
