Burroughs Road sale leads a Boxborough deed count split between seven-figure homes and low-cost condos
Boxborough recorded 13 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, eight with a sale price attached. Prices ranged from $135,000 for a Spencer Road condominium to $1,637,500 for a single-family home on Burroughs Road, with a median of $819,500 among the priced sales. No priced sale fell between $500,000 and $1 million; the eight split evenly between four above $1.2 million and four at $439,000 or below. The remaining five transfers, each involving shared family names or a shift into a trust, had no price yet on file. The month's recorded activity concentrated at the high and low ends of the market, with no middle tier represented.
