Boxborough posts wide price spread in late-July, early-August home sales
Boxborough recorded 14 property transfers between July 10 and August 8, with nine listing sale prices ranging from $175,000 to $1,415,000 and a median of $725,000. The month's top sale was 140 Barteau Lane at $1,415,000, sold July 28. Whitney Lane saw two sales above $1 million within two weeks of each other. Five transfers, including one to the town of Boxborough, had no price recorded yet; several appear to be family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales. The data shows a moderate transaction pace with no clear trend toward higher or lower prices this period.
