BOXBOROUGH -- Nine property transfers were recorded in Boxborough between July 3 and Aug. 1, with sale prices ranging from $175,000 for a condominium unit to $1,415,000 for a single-family home on Barteau Lane, according to deed records from the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds.
