Meeting Tuesday, Chair Tony Newton and members Joe Stulpin, Maria Neyland, and John Connor, a four-member quorum with John Greven and Michelle Ryan absent, approved line items for the Town Accountant ($248,156), Treasurer Collector ($180,505), Legal ($140,000), Dispatch ($84,569), Animal Control ($24,239), and Council on Aging ($96,347), all unanimously. Personnel Board Chair Alan MacLean recommended a 3 percent cost-of-living adjustment for non-union employees, estimated at $29,891, citing a three-year CPI rolling average of 3.34 percent for the Boston region and noting union workers are also set to receive 3 percent.
