Boxborough Housing Board streamlines assistance program, addresses troubled affordable unit. The Board voted unanimously to approve Chair Al Murphy submitting the 2025 annual report and to adopt a streamlined remote-review team for the HOPE program, with Joe Ferguson volunteering to help establish the new process. Prior meeting minutes were unanimously approved.
Select Board Liaison Kristin Hilberg recommended reserving 20,000 dollars for cleaning and repairs at 118 Summer Road, an affordable unit where the owner-occupant died and property damage has accumulated, pending estate consent.
