BOXBOROUGH — August 25, 2025 — Boxborough Select Board unanimously ratifies Town Administrator's three-year contract and launches fire station temporary housing inquiry. The board voted 5-0 Monday night to ratify a new three-year deal for Town Administrator Mike, retroactive to July 1, 2025, featuring a 5.75 percent raise in year one and approximately 4.16 percent increases in each subsequent year — all within the budgeted figure for the fiscal year. Member Wes said the contract moves previously performance-based pay into the base salary structure and called it "very modest" given competitive interest from surrounding communities.
