The committee met February 11 with five members present and planned a February 23 town information session at Sargent Library. Rebecca Caruso was appointed the town's CELT fellow, working 20 hours per week through June on specialized stretch code research and reporting.
Green Community Grant projects are progressing, though Blanchard facilities work has been postponed to April break due to delays from National Grid.
