BOXBOROUGH — Select Board approved removal of diseased trees at two town locations, contingent on reserve fund approval. Member Samuel Anderson moved to approve the work; the vote passed 4-0-0. Six diseased spruces at the Old Town Center Intersection of Hill and Middle Road will be removed for approximately $4,400; one hazardous tree at 333 Depot Road for approximately $2,100.
The board also approved an Intermunicipal Agreement with Littleton Community Television and voted unanimously to declare playground equipment at Flerra Meadows as surplus.
