BOXBOROUGH — The Boxborough Select Board approved an amendment to the Land Use and Permitting Director contract on a 4-1 vote. Chair Kristin Hilberg, Clerk Robert Stemple, Member Wesley Fowlks, Member Priya Sundaram, and Member Samuel Anderson voted unanimously to recommend three articles for the Annual Town Meeting warrant: Information Technology Hardware Upgrades and Replacements, a $6,000 Salary Reserve article intended to restore the account to its established $10,000 balance, and the MS4 Permitting article. The board designated Member Sundaram to present recommendations for Articles 1 and 2 at a Special Town Meeting and Chair Hilberg to move and present the Firehouse Land Acquisition article.
