Boxborough Select Board unanimously accepts fire station deed and approves street planning grants. The board voted 4-0 to accept the deed for 984 Massachusetts Avenue, site of the planned new fire station, with closing expected July 30. The board also unanimously approved amendments to the Complete Streets Policy and authorized Town Planner Alec Wade to apply for MassDOT design and engineering grants for Liberty Square Road.
State grants will cover betterment fees for a water-line extension serving three Western Boxborough condominium associations.
