All five members present voted to affirm prior meeting records. Committee Chair Jennette Kollmann will distribute an updated Memorial Day line-of-march; nominations for Golden Fife and Parade Marshall open May 4, with Kollmann launching an online form that feeds directly into a tracking spreadsheet.
Nomination boxes will also be stationed at Town Hall, the Library, and Town Meeting. The committee's next session is scheduled for May 18.
