Boxborough Public Celebrations and Ceremonies Committee unanimously approved April 1 minutes and locked in Memorial Day and Fifer's Day event logistics. All five members present voted to affirm prior meeting records. Committee Chair Jennette Kollmann will distribute an updated Memorial Day line-of-march; nominations for Golden Fife and Parade Marshall open May 4, with Kollmann launching an online form that feeds directly into a tracking spreadsheet.
Nomination boxes will also be stationed at Town Hall, the Library, and Town Meeting. The committee's next session is scheduled for May 18.
