Boxborough Planning Board reorganized its leadership, unanimously electing Richard Guzzardi as chair and Chris Dowdy as clerk. Dowdy also received unanimous appointment to the Community Preservation Committee for a three-year term. The board reviewed Americans with Disabilities Act compliance issues at The Enclave residential development, where engineers identified inadequate ramp grades, missing sidewalk markings, sidewalk gaps exceeding one-quarter inch, and insufficient level landing areas.
The board agreed to pursue enforcement action; remediation is estimated at six figures and likely extends into spring 2027.
