Planning Board · Meeting of July 6, 2026

Boxborough Planning Board modified special permit conditions for The Park at Beaver Brook. Chair Richard Guzzardi, Clerk Chris Dowdy, and Member Mark White voted in favor; Member Gary Kushner abstained. The modification applies conservation restrictions only to Boxborough parcels after portions of designated land extended into Harvard, where the town conservation commission cannot hold restrictions outside its jurisdiction.

Town Attorney Costa authorized recording the Declaration of Restriction at the Registry of Deeds. The board unanimously scheduled an August 3, 2026 public hearing on MBTA Communities Overlay District revisions to address a spreadsheet error in the existing district. Town Planner Alexander Wade presented two alternatives to achieve state-mandated 15 units per acre density compliance.
