BOXBOROUGH — Planning Board continues landscape contractor yard hearing, approves conservation project modification. Chair Rebecca Verner led the remote meeting with members Dowdy, White, and Markowitz, voting unanimously to continue the 984 Massachusetts Avenue site plan review to July 20, 2026, after the applicant requested postponement past the property's prospective closing date. The Board also unanimously amended Condition 4 of The Park at Beaver Brook Special Permit to extend the conservation restriction filing deadline by 60 days, addressing a jurisdictional issue involving parcels straddling Harvard town lines.
The Board voted unanimously to support a $15,000 warrant article from Free Cash as matching funds for a Housing Production Plan grant application.
