Planning Board approves three-year term for Associate Member Stuntz

BOXBOROUGH — Planning Board nominates Stuntz for three-year Associate Member term. The board unanimously nominated Nathaniel Stuntz for the Associate Member position, with Select Board approval anticipated in February or March 2026. A public hearing on seven proposed Zoning Bylaw amendments, including modifications to the IC District along Massachusetts Avenue to establish a gateway business district, expansion of accessory dwelling units by-right from 900 to 1,000 square feet, and revisions to Design Review Bylaw purview, will continue March 2, 2026 at 7:05 p.m.
Town Planner Alexander Wade recommended deferring Farm and Agriculture definitions changes pending further engagement with the Agricultural Committee.
