Planning Board approves stonewall amendment waiver at 684 Burroughs Road
Planning Board · Meeting of January 21, 2026
BOXBOROUGH — Planning Board unanimously approves stonewall amendment at 684 Burroughs Road. The Board granted waivers for public hearing and drawing requirements after Town Planner Alexander Wade explained the property owner had completed driveway and stonewall work before filing required permits; the Building Commissioner directed the filing, and the applicant complied. Because no stonewall was removed and the work improved the site, the five-member board voted unanimously to waive procedures and approve the application.
Members also discussed future articles including municipal uses, Mass Avenue zoning, pesticide and chemical fertilizer restrictions, single-use plastics rules, and the establishment of a historic district.
