BOXBOROUGH — Personnel Board unanimously backs three Town Meeting articles. Chair Allan MacLean and the four-member board approved a Compensation and Classification and Benefits Survey funded at not to exceed $15,000, along with recommended administrative changes to the Personnel Administration Plan and a FY 2027 Wage Adjustment article — all three votes 4-0. Assistant Town Administrator Rajon Hudson reported that the Town Clerk's recent certification program completion required revision to the stipend schedule.
