Boxborough Housing Board plotted next steps for Stow Road affordable housing. Chair Al Murphy presented findings from the Stow Road Concept Development Committee indicating the town-owned property could accommodate 20 to 25 mixed-size affordable units with zoning modifications and well arrangements. The board discussed piping Littleton water to the site and assigned two action items: Channing Wagg to analyze Fifers' Day survey data and Ian Gilson to consult with the Planning Board on zoning changes for the Stow Road property.
