Boxborough Housing Board shelved Town Meeting articles, studied Stow Road zoning options. At its July 28 meeting, the board declined to submit warrant articles to the Special Town Meeting while deferring decisions on the 70-72 Stow Road property; Ian Gilson presented six zoning options ranging from a custom local overlay to a collaborative "Friendly 40B" arrangement.
