BOXBOROUGH — Fire Station Building Committee approves Vertex amendments and launches new Phase 2 designer selection process. The Committee voted unanimously for Amendment 1 of $11,122 and Amendment 2 not to exceed $5,000 in project management support following Town Counsel review of the August 2022 selection process. The new qualification-based RFQ will be advertised March 18th with designer interviews scheduled for April 16th; a fully executed architect agreement is targeted for May 29th.
The Committee will serve as the designer selection board, with briefings scheduled for March 25th and proposals due April 1st.
