Boxborough Finance Committee unanimously adopted new financial policies and authorized irrigation repairs. Chair Antony Newton led approval of the Reserve and Reserve Fund Transfer Policy and Budget Transfer Policy governing reserve management and budget transfers. The committee also authorized $4,707 from reserves to repair vandalism damage to Liberty Fields' irrigation system.
All six members attended the Tuesday meeting.
