BOXBOROUGH — The Boxborough Economic Development Committee confirmed its October 3 Village for a Day event with five food vendors committed. The confirmed vendors are Craft Food Hall, the Boxboro Regency, Thinking Flower, Two Friends Chocolates, and Oscars. With Chair Abby Reip leading the committee, the group unanimously approved the June 24 minutes by a 6-0 vote.
The committee launched an Economic Development Plan with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, featuring a diversity and inclusion component, with data collection to begin in the first three months. The committee identified village center zoning as a strategic priority, targeting Fall 2027 town meeting for zoning changes.
