Chair Elizabeth Markiewicz presided as the board unanimously approved a partial Certificate of Compliance for 959 Hill Road, waiving Order of Conditions sections 2a and 2b to permit a registered sanitarian's written certification instead of a professional engineer's sign-off. The Commission also voted unanimously to expend up to five thousand dollars from the Conservation Trust Fund for appraisal of 276 Middle Road, a necessary step toward potential town acquisition.
