Conservation Commission approves partial Certificate of Compliance for Hill Road
Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 15, 2026
Boxborough Conservation Commission authorizes Hill Road compliance and Middle Road appraisal. Chair Elizabeth Markiewicz presided as the board unanimously approved a partial Certificate of Compliance for 959 Hill Road, waiving Order of Conditions sections 2a and 2b to permit a registered sanitarian's written certification instead of a professional engineer's sign-off. The Commission also voted unanimously to expend up to five thousand dollars from the Conservation Trust Fund for appraisal of 276 Middle Road, a necessary step toward potential town acquisition.
The board reviewed draft Declarations of Restrictions for the Campanelli property and extended the deadline for revisions to June 12, 2026, after requesting greater specificity on parking, agricultural, and lease operations.
