Boxborough Conservation Commission approves Beaver Brook conservation restrictions. The Commission unanimously accepted two draft Declarations of Restriction on land at the Park at Beaver Brook, contingent on Sudbury Valley Trustees approval, designating protected open space on Lot 16, Lot 17A, Parcel A, and Open Space Area D. The Commission issued Certificates of Compliance for wetland projects at 368 Hill Road and 302 Flagg Hill Road.

Commissioners also voted unanimously to authorize Associate Town Planner Ian Gilson to issue an Enforcement Order if necessary at Paddock Estates following the Fire Chief's concerns about water levels and fire suppression.
