Boxborough recorded 19 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, with nine carrying a listed sale price ranging from $180,000 to $1,637,500 and a median of $439,000. The month's top sale was 356 Burroughs Rd at $1,637,500, followed by 85 Cedarwood Rd at $1,370,000 and 57 Wheeler Dr Unit 31 at $1,200,000. Ten of the 19 transfers, more than half, were trust, estate or family-related transactions with no price yet on record, including a cluster of units on Swanson Road and Court. The data shows a mix of single-family and condominium sales, with three transactions exceeding $1 million and none recorded between $500,000 and $1 million.
