The period's top sale was 356 Burroughs Road at $1,637,500, sold by the Stephen B Quill Irrevocable Trust II to Darryl Anthony Ibbitson and Alexandra Archibald Hampe. Nearly half the recorded deeds appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, which helps explain why six of the 14 have no price on file yet. With no sales between $500,000 and $1 million, the data shows a split between four condo-unit sales under $500,000 and four single-family sales above $1.2 million.
