Boxborough recorded 16 property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with eight carrying a sale price ranging from $180,000 to $1,637,500 and a median of $332,000; the other eight have no price on file yet. The period's top sale was a single-family home at 356 Burroughs Rd, which sold for $1,637,500 on Sept. 30, well above the next-highest sale of $520,000 on Summer Road. Exactly half of this period's transfers, eight of 16, were trust, estate or family transfers rather than open-market sales, and none of those carried a recorded price, a pattern consistent with their non-arm's-length nature rather than any withholding of information.
