Boxborough Home Sales Range From $222,000 to $1.4 Million in Latest Deed Filings
Boxborough recorded 15 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, though only seven listed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $222,000 to $1,415,000, with a median of $725,000. The top sale was 140 Barteau Lane at $1,415,000, sold July 28 by trustees Romil and Meenakshi Garg to Reshma Ajri Hegde and Vikash Kumar. Nearly half the recorded transfers, seven of 15, involved matching seller and buyer surnames or transfers into family trusts, and none of those disclosed a price. Five transfers were condominium or unit properties; the rest were single-family addresses. One transfer sent a Saras Way property to the town of Boxborough itself.
