The top sale was 140 Barteau Lane at $1,415,000, sold July 28 by trustees Romil and Meenakshi Garg to Reshma Ajri Hegde and Vikash Kumar. Nearly half the recorded transfers, seven of 15, involved matching seller and buyer surnames or transfers into family trusts, and none of those had a price recorded. Five transfers were condominium or unit properties; the rest were single-family addresses. One transfer sent a Saras Way property to the town of Boxborough itself.
