Board of Assessors Hires Principal Assessor with July Start Date

Boxborough Board of Assessors confirms Principal Assessor hire with July 6 start date. Lynda Cajka will assume the role of Principal Assessor on July 6, 2026. Interim Assessor Jim Doherty will oversee a transition period through June and July with supplemental consulting provided by Duane Adams of Mayflower Valuation Ltd.
The board unanimously approved Motor Vehicle Abatements for the month of April, and confirmed its next meeting scheduled for June 8 to consider pending Real Estate Abatement Applications.
