Agricultural Commission votes to review zoning amendments
Agricultural Commission · Meeting of February 10, 2026
Boxborough Agricultural Commission advances zoning amendment alignment with right-to-farm bylaw. The commission voted 4-0 on February 10 to authorize Chair Owen Neville to request the Planning Board hold open its February 23 hearing on proposed amendments to Article 9.2, which would align the town's farm and agricultural definitions with its existing right-to-farm statute. Clerk Bryon Clemence and Member Margaret Delano reviewed the amendments alongside Neville following his earlier discussion with town planners.
The commission also scheduled member participation in a February 23 info session on the proposed changes and heard updates on the ongoing Campanelli conservation restriction project, whose appeal period closes February 13.
